Trustee's Administrative Fee

The Trustee is pleased to announce that the Trustee’s administrative fee will decrease to 5.5% effective June 1, 2025.    Please begin to use this percentage in your plan calculations.   Unlike the Till Rate, the Trustee’s Administrative Fee is set by the United States Trustee.  The Till Rate is set pursuant to Administrative Order 17-05, and once set at confirmation, the Till Rate remains the same throughout the
