Social Security Card: Open up an account at https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/ to request a replacement Social Security card.

- Get a Social Security 1099 (SSA-1099) form which is important to anyone receiving Social Security benefits to establish proof of the amount of benefit award.
- Opt out of mailed notices for those available online
- Print a benefit verification letter
- Change your address
