Change in Mailing Address for Chapter 13 Plan Payments Effective March 1, 2011, the mailing address will change for Chapter 13
plan payments being sent to Trustee Craig Shopneck. Plan payments
are no longer to be sent to Columbus, Ohio. The new address is: Craig
Shopneck, Chapter 13 Trustee, P.O. Box 593, Memphis, TN 38101-
0593. (Please see Library Section of this website for new form Wage
Order.)
Automatic Plan Payment Option For debtors who are self-employed or on a fixed income, the Trustee
offers a payment program whereby Plan payments are automatically
deducted each month from your checking or savings account. You may
contact your attorney or the Trustee's office for information regarding the
program.
Conduit Payments, Adequate Protection and the new form Chapter 13 Plan The Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division (Cleveland) has issued three Administrative Orders (09-02, 09-03, and 09-04) which became effective August 10, 2009. These Administrative Orders will govern mortgage payments, adequate protection payments and the new form Chapter 13 Plan.
